The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPA”), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to Nano Alkaline Specialist (hereinafter referred to as “NanoTec”, “our”, “us” or “we”).   • recording of calls placed by you to our customer services

 If Personal Data Provided by You Is Incomplete
Where indicated in our application or registration forms manually or electronically, it is obligatory to provide your personal data to us to enable us to process your application for our services. Should you fail to provide a complete and obligatory personal data, we may not be able to process your application or provide you with our services.

Your Rights to Access and Correct Your Personal Data
We can assist you to access and correct your personal data held by us. Where you wish to have access to your personal data in our possession, or where you are of the opinion that such personal data held by us is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, you may make a request to us via nanoalkalines@gmail.com .

How Long We Will Keep Your Personal Data
We will retain your personal data in compliance with this Policy and/or the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with NanoTec or its subsidiaries for the duration of your relationship with us, for such period as may be necessary to protect the interests of NanoTec or its subsidiaries and/or its customers as may be deemed necessary, where otherwise required by the law and/or where required by NanoTec’s or its subsidiaries’s relevant policies.

How We Protect and Safeguard Your Personal Data
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and keep your personal data secured. This includes following our security procedures (like checking your identity when you call us). Our site may link to other websites and we are not responsible for their data policies, procedures or their content.

Transfer of Your Personal Data Outside Malaysia
Any personal data, which you volunteer to us, will be treated with the highest standards of security strictly in accordance with the PDPA 2010. It may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data outside Malaysia if any of our service providers or business partners are involved in providing part of a services are located in countries outside Malaysia.  You consent to us transferring your personal data outside Malaysia in these instances. We shall take reasonable steps to ensure that any such service providers or business partners are contractually bound not to use your personal data for any reason other than to provide the services they are contracted by us to provide and to adequately safeguard your personal data.

How to Pay by Jompay

 









Pay using JomPAY via your Current or Savings account from the list of participating banks in Malaysia using the following simple steps:-
 
 
Step 1 Look for the JomPAY logo, Biller Code, Invoice Number and Customer Account on your Bills or Invoices
Step 2 Logon to Internet or Mobile Banking and look for JomPAY
Step 3 Enter 96594 in the Biller Code field
Step 4 Enter your Invoice Number in Ref-1 field
Step 5 Enter your Customer Account in Ref-2 field. You may save the JomPAY Biller as your ‘favourite’ Biller.
Step 6 Enter the payment details and confirm payment
Step 7 Receipt will be generated for every successful transaction. Save or Print out the receipt for your future reference.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
 
 
 
CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT
 
Purchasers are advised to contact a Nano Alkaline Specialist’s advisor. Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We recommend submitting the cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure it is processed before the goods are shipped.
 
RETURN POLICY
 
The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:
 
Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.
 
Only items that have been purchased directly from Nano Alkaline Specialist can be eligible for a return.
 
Any Nano Alkaline Specialist product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
 
Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:
 
Incorrect:
The item is not the item you ordered. Wrong size or the colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.
 
Damaged:
The items are found to be damaged upon receipt. Items has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for a complete Nano Alkaline Specialist product.
 
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivered.
 
 
Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
 
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.
 
REFUND POLICY
 
Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
 
Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
For Credit card refunds, the full amount will be refunded to the card-issuing bank after deducting any applicable interest.

 
Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.
 
SHIPPING POLICY
 
Shipping Address
We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.
 
Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.
 
We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us.
 
All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for a associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.
 
Change In Shipping Address
If you have any request for change of shipping address, please email us at abcde@gmail.com within 12 hours upon your order submission.
 
If request of change in shipping address is made after 24 hours upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
 
Shipping Time
It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays only.
 
Tracking Number
Once goods leave our warehouse and picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be communicated to you via whatsapp .
